Heating Instructions

The Meats
  • Beef Brisket: Place entire bag unopened, in a large pot of simmering water (not boiling) for 15-20 minutes

  • Pulled Pork: Place entire bag unopened, in a large pot of simmering (not boiling) water for 20-25 minutes

  • Chicken Thighs, Side Ribs and Sausage: Preheat oven to 325ºF. Remove from packaging and place on baking sheet. Heat in oven for 20-25 minutes.

The Sides

  • Coleslaw: Open bag and toss slaw mix with dressing provided.

  • Green Salad: Open bag of lettuce, toss with dressing and top with smoked cheese and chips.

  • Pit Beans: Place entire bag, unopened, in a large pot of simmering (not boiling) water for 20-25 minutes.
